So this past Saturday we were visiting a friend here in Greenville. Around 3pm we got a flat in our qx60. Called and talked with sidney in service. We took it in. In and out in about an hour. Fantastic staff. Everyone was soooo nice to us. Sidney went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while I waited. Drinks snacks. Etc. Saftey inspected the suv and road tested it. Let me tell you something about the service department. I am from Pennsylvania, traveling south and stopped in Friday, September 2nd. I had a small piece in the lower bumper of the grill pop out and wanted to get it fixed. Unfortunately they didn't have any openings until Tuesday. But while we were standing there the head service guy thought of a way to fix it within minutes. I was so worried I would have to drive back to PA with it broken. They made my day! I'm extremely appreciative they took the time today.

I’m extremely pleased with Bill, I contacted him over the phone for very first time just before 6 hrs of purchasing the car, he was quick and to the point to get the business done. Only downside I see was finance team at your dealership should have tried to get couple more bank quotes, I feel they did not do good job in finding a better rate as I have excellent credit and I signed for 2% rate more than my pre approval with my bank. I’m happy to share about your dealership details to my friends and family.
